Michael Rothschild has been with the firm for over 20 years and is vice president. He is a licensed real estate broker in New York and serves on the Real Estate Board of New York's Residential Management Council and is active in CHIP and other real estate organizations. Michael also supervises our property management division and all major capital improvement projects and DEP matters.
